Andover Rotary Club Partners with Andover Police Department and Generations Church

On Thursday, October 8, thanks to a partnership initiative between the Andover Police Department, the Rotary Club of Andover, and the additional generosity of the Generations Church, Andover police officers delivered food boxes to approximately 25 Andover families in need. The boxes included a number of pre-packaged meals and fresh food items including milk, cottage cheese, potatoes, onions, and chicken nuggets. Several leftover boxes were also delivered to the Sunshine Children’s Home.

The officers delivered two of the Rotary food boxes to each family, along with a box of fresh foods and a gallon of milk donated by the Generations Church. They had a semi-truck load come in and had plenty of extras. Timing was everything!
