Pilot Clint Randolph speaks about his time in the sky

Speaker Clint Randolph had many interesting facts and stories to share about this life with the Club on Thursday. Clint’s 39 year aviation career has spanned the Globe: he has visited 147 different countries. While in the Air Force he was based in Texas twice, Japan, Illinois, North Carolina, and Oklahoma. As a Corporate Pilot he was based in Houston, Dubai, Spain, and his home state of California. Clint has over 7,800 flying hours in 14 different types of Aircraft.

District Governor Robert Mendoza

On August 22, 2017 our new District Governor for district 5690 came to visit the Rotary Club of Andover. Robert Mendoza has just taken over the district this year after 3 years in waiting, while continuing to be involved with is Rotary Club of Derby. District Governor Mendoza stopped by to speak with our club regarding his goals and visions for the upcoming year, along with sharing his story and background with us.

Thrive! Butler

On August 10, 2017 Rae Thiel and Michele Carlini came to speak to the Andover Rotary Club about Thrive! Butler. Thrive! Butler's mission is to help reduce poverty by building skills and relationships that strengthen families and individuals. Thrive! Butler focuses on helping the generational poverty class with classes and partnerships to help change individuals lives around.

In affiliation with Rotary International, Rotary Club of Andover (RCA) is a group of passionate business professionals, civic leaders, and retirees who coordinate our collective experience, career skills, and enthusiasm to improve our community through meaningful service projects. We are a group of like-minded individuals who are passionate about making a difference in our community and have fun while serving others. We meet on the first and second Thursdays of the month at Butler Community College in Andover, Kansas. We share a delicious buffet lunch together while having an informative program, usually with a guest speaker from the community.
