Chamber Director To Speak Thursday

ANDOVER - The President/Executive Director of our local chamber of commerce is set to be Thursday's speaker at Rotary Club of Andover. Becky Wolfe will talk to members about the various activities that her organization is involved in, and give an update on the progress the chamber has seen in the last year.

A Nebraska native, Wolfe took over duties at the Chamber on an interim basis in August 2015, and hired as the permanent director shortly thereafter. Her experience prior to joining the Andover Chamber included heading up the Leadership Butler organization, a group whose alumni include representation in nearly every professional category in Butler County. She was also a veteran of the El Dorado Chamber of Commerce.

Wolfe is also an elected official, serving on the USD 205 Board of Education which oversees the Bluestem Schools in Leon.

The luncheon begins at 12:00 Noon in the Hereford House meeting room at Terradyne Country Club.
